There are a few broad categories of cricket memorabilia:

Signed Memorabilia - items autographed by a player or players. These items may have been signed in person and are a special one-of-a-kind piece. Others may have been signed as part of a "signing session" and sold or auctioned at a later date. Players will sign bats, gloves, shirts, stumps, balls, posters - anything really that an eager collector may be carrying.
Unsigned Memorabilia - items of some value that do not bear an autograph. Examples include cricket posters and prints, game day programmes, magazines, clothing and cricketing equipment. Unsigned cricket memorabilia is generally less expensive than signed memorabilia.
Official Memorabilia - these items have generally been produced in a limited run and signed by a player or players for the purposes of selling the item. Official memorabilia is commonly mounted displays incorporating images, autographs and statistics.
Original Signed Memorabilia - some signed items are "original" while others are reproductions. Original items are generally more expensive. Some sellers simply claim an item is "original" while others offer a Certificate of Authentication (COA). The value of the COA itself depends on the organisation issuing the certificate. Some COA's are from publicly listed companies, others are from individual dealers.
